Standard Refund Policy
A full refund of payment will be issued if you cancel the order within 24 hours of ordering. If you cancel after this allotted time period, I will only refund half of the amount.
Dissatisfaction Refund and Stipulations
My client’s satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are truly unhappy, I am more than willing to attempt ONE redraw of the pet if you so desire. If you are extremely unsatisfied, I will issue a half refund (since I must be compensated for the time invested).
There is one exclusion though, if you provided a poor quality photo (which I will send you an email after submission if the image provided is not high quality enough) and were unable to provide a good resolution photo, I will NOT issue a refund.
